A friend and I went to buy a new battery for her van today. We used the drive up section of the automotive garage. It was a very streamlined operation. We received excellent customer service from a helpful, good natured young man named Nate. My friend went to the customer desk to see if the battery for her vehicle was in stock, happily it was. That young, seated fellow told her she could bring the old battery in, as she’d brought it with her to recycle, but never offered to help, even though the battery was much too heavy for a 60 ish yr. old woman to carry in. Nate gladly came out to the van and carried it in for us, helped us purchase the correct new battery and then carried the new one out to the vehicle. We were in and out, with the new battery all within 15 minutes, very nice, and had the pleasure of Nate’s help. He should be commended for anticipating our needs and providing such good customer service. He’d be an asset to any employer. Thanks Nate, Sincerely Deb and Barb
The staff in the automotive department are so kind and knowledgeable! They helped me figure out the correct parts for my car, and that helped a lot! This canadian tire is really nice as well! It's got pretty much anything you can think of for your home, automotive, and gardening needs! Plus, the bathrooms are super nice here!
