I ordered in November and needed the order by December 17th. They were short handed, due to overwhelming demand, and I had to end up cancelling the order. I received my refund quickly and I thought that was that. A week later the company ended up shipping the products I ordered anyway. The products were great! That is how customer service is done, people!!!!!
