He is very knowledgeable, precise in his estimations, and always delivers what he says he will. I own a professional drone company, and as such, have taken many malfunctioning or destroyed drones to him for assessment/repair. He has saved me thousands of dollars, and has had me flying again in no time! CanDrone would not have my business at all if it weren’t for him. Thank you Jacky!
They're a nice store and friendly people, but they really know how to rip you off. The manager (Chris I think is his name) told me multiple of times that my drone's gimbal out of placement needs to be fixed which it did and also stated that DJI will charge me a lot to fix it but Chris and his team gave me a cost of either 100-200 or up to 800 or so. I took it in for assessment and got charged a $40 fee when he told me it would be free over a phone call. I was okay whatever because I most likely will be fixing it here. Then, I contact DJI customer service, send my drone in to see what their cost is (charged me $20 for shipping and buying a shipping box) and they charged me $0 because it was under their manufacture issue case.
In addition, I realized that after getting my drone back from CanDrone, there were some minor scratches on the side of the Phantom 4 Pro as well as a bit scratches on the part where you screw the wings on. It's whatever but I am a guy who is somewhat OCD and hate minor damages not caused by myself.
They're a great company, but I would double think on taking repair here as well as be careful and seek out to other sources to fix or buy your products.
UPDATE: The owner of Candrone seeked out to me my phone after 1 month and wanted to chat on my experience with Candrone. After speaking with him and clarifying what happen, he offered to refund me for half of my assessment fee for compensation and a sorry. That being said, my experience was not as what I liked it to be but the fact that the owner contacted me to resolve issues is what makes a difference. I will be giving them another chance but just keep in mind.
Chris helped me to get the product I needed in such a short amount of time! It was a surprise gift, and he went above and beyond, by ensuring it was shipped in an unmarked box and it arrived within a few days. He was absolutely fantastic with communication, in both emailing and calling me. I 100% recommend this store as the customer service is amazing and the products they have are really great.
