Edit in response to management’s reply:
I love how your response shows a complete disregard for my right to patient privacy by attempting to look up my information in your system in an attempt to save face. That information and my phone number are intended ONLY for the DOH to register my medical certificate and track my purchases, not for your marketing ploys. This is not just highly unethical; it’s a blatant violation of my rights as a patient and against LCB regulations.
The reason you can’t find “Bob Probert” in your system is probably because he is a retired professional hockey player who passed away in 2010 due to a heart attack. I’m using this account to protect my privacy, anticipating this kind of response. Your claim of not finding me in your database does not come off as a genuine attempt to contact me; it instead appears to be an attempt to discredit my review, which speaks volumes.
Additionally, I noticed during my last visit (believe it or not, I actually tried to give you one last chance) that you offer many DOH-compliant products (Artizen and Redbird come to mind) that aren’t sold as such, preventing patients like me from receiving the appropriate tax exemption on medically endorsed products. It’s astonishing how you promise to be the top store in the area while simultaneously displaying such a massive lack of understanding and attention to detail.
It completely baffles me how you maintain a medical endorsement for your store when it’s abundantly clear you don’t have a clue what you’re doing. What took me well over 20 minutes at Cannabis and Glass took me less than five minutes at one of your competitors down the street, who naturally provided a far better customer experience.
Your mismanagement and inability to handle even basic customer interactions reflect poorly on your entire operation. This is exactly why people like me choose to take their business elsewhere.
I have downgraded this review to one star; you’ve permanently lost a customer, and I assure you, LCB enforcement will be in touch.

Original review
They never answer their phones, so don’t bother calling with questions before visiting. The online menu is incredibly disorganized and difficult to navigate. As for the in-store experience, this place feels more like a McDonald’s than it does a dispensary. Most of the staff is extremely unknowledgeable, hesitant to help, and even recommends products they themselves would not smoke (I’ve had employees admit this—just ask a few of them how they feel about Phat Panda). This store offers zero personal experience. The only thing these “budtenders” tend to is their remote control to scroll through their disorganized menu while you navigate it blindly.
The only reason this isn’t a one-star review is that they are conveniently located near my home, are medically endorsed (saving me money as a cannabis patient), have very competitive prices, and offer some relatively decent brands if you know what you’re looking for. However, if you don’t know much about Washington’s cannabis market and actually need help with your experience, this place is not for you.
There are a couple of nearby dispensaries that offer a far better customer experience. The only green thing Cannabis and Glass clearly cares about is money. It’s abundantly clear that nobody in the ownership or upper management of this company is a cannabis user.
