First a big "Thank You" to manager Johnna S. and installer Joe. I needed a small ball- joint like part to connect to my hydraulic lift to raise and hold my door in place. (about the size of an M&M, green maybe red, peanut) Wouldn't you know they don't make that part for a 22 year old canopy anymore. They walked over to there parts drawer filled with old parts and picked out just what I needed. End of story? No. I was just going to take it home and fix it but they just started to do it. The whole thing should have taken 5 minutes but with a bunch of small problems 30 minutes latter it was fixed. I don't know if I could have done it at home. Now for the payment, these days $50 to $100 bucks min. on something like that. Joe didn't charge me anything. I said i got a give you guys something. He said go in, give her a tip and write us a review. All I had was six bucks and hopefully this review will cover the rest. Thanks again Johnna and Joe

Had a great experience with this Canopy World. During the process of trying to source replacement glass for a canopy, Johna went above and beyond with communication and customer service. She hooked me up with some hardware that I thought I was going to have a hard time finding. Highly recommend.
