Jonathan the manager was friendly answers questions and was very Professional.

Poor management. Rude, untrustworthy horrible neighbors that damaged my elderly mother’s s personal property.

I am long time resident. (2006-2014) The only reason we are moving now is because my work is relocating my office.

My rent is decent. The maintenance does a decent job of staying up on issues. I'll also note that if it was a minor problem, we typically tried to fix it ourselves. But generally if I had an appliance issue or major issue (closet doors breaking) they were within a few days of getting it handled

They are the kind of place where everyone keeps to themselves and I can name on one hand the number of disturbances or crime issues I've seen in the area in 8 years.
