Friendly greeters at the door, nice coffee shop staff, the hot chocolate was amazing. If you use your Capital One card at the coffee shop, the entire order is 50% off! To me that is significant, I most certainly will be back. Comfortable environment, the upstairs is nice. Spacious with comfortable chairs. The drink was defaultedly put into a to-do cup Not sure if they use ceramic mugs or not, consider bringing in your own coffee cup for that reason.

The bankers and managers were super welcoming and accommodating!
Unfortunately the baristas and cashiers were not very nice. She/her looked like she hated her job and was not very nice as I asked questions. As a first time visitor this is not a great impression.
Luckily - getting 1/2 off coffee as a capital one card holder is a huge perk. There was also tons of seating options and nooks upstairs. Made for a pleasant working environment.
