Recently I had many scheduled maintenance issues addressed for my CRV at Capitol city Honda and they've done a good job of identifying problems and addressing them appropriately over the years. This trip was kind of an exception. My husband took my car in for service and chose to wait for it. The service desk called ME a few times about progress and issues they saw with the vehicle but never talked with him in the waiting room though I'd asked them to confer with him. Kind of annoying as I was busy with other things. Anyway, he waited for the vehicle for over 4 hours and they never talked with him. To be fair, his last name differs from mine so it could have been confusing, but still... I like their service and will go back to them, but doubt that my husband will accompany the vehicle next time. I will take it myself.
