I wouldn’t even recommend this dealership to anyone. The parts department doesn’t have it together. I went in to warranty a part and the parts manager went in the back with my part. Gave me the new part I was walking to my car. Then he stopped me an said he had put the old part in the bag. Which makes me feel like it could have been a defective part or the part I returned. Then he calls me asking for paperwork since he apparently didn’t do his job right. Then hangs up since, I told him how it made me feel.that he didn’t just swap the part in front of me. Great job 👏 👍 Capitol Mazda!! Better off going to Oaktree Mazda. Way better service Department and parts department.
