Our company connected with Bill through Matterport as a direct recommendation. He surpassed every expectation and more. Before our scan, he was very open and was willing to schedule within our constraints. Bill was great on the phone and via email leading up to our scan. On the day of, he showed up on time (a few minutes early), and was great to work with. It is so obvious when you get the opportunity to work with someone who loves what they do. Not only is Bill clearly an expert in his field, but he also loves what he does. He was flexible and willing to put up with our particular scan needs, but he was sure to keep in mind best-practices, and help guide our approach to ensure that we arrived at the best possible final product. Once the scans were complete, Bill made sure that the hand-off was as successful as possible, providing technical training on the tools, and how to best utilize them for our needs. We are already in the process of planning our next scans, I will be sure to rely on Capture It 3D for all of our Matterport scanning needs.
