I would trust Raymond with future repairs after he replaced my 2011 Prius 12v battery at a very fair price.
I was about to replace the battery with an aftermarket battery which I had bought. But he advised me to use the Toyota OEM battery instead of an after-market battery because it might fail sooner in a 2-3 years versus the expected life of an OEM of 5 years. And he was exactly right, I had my previous OEM battery for about 5 years before it failed, and my most recent after-market battery failed after about 2 years. Because of this, I trust Raymond's advice.
