Josh is an excellent guy. He was so good to us and even made me get a rear camera although I had only come for a radio only. Very charming and convincing.

Josh W. and Allen were very helpful. They got me a new radio and alarm system with a dash cam. They were so amazing! Josh helps me every time I am definitely coming back. Ask for Josh W., good good people!

I went to the Federal Way store to use my interior detailing Groupon. One of the employees has offered exterior detailing with the leather treatment for $100.00 more. I went with it and asked how long it will take so I can wait for or not. The guy answered 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Two hours and 1/2 went by no one said anything, I came up to ask Issac about it, he told me it's almost done just need washing outside. Another hour went by still no one said anything to me. I think they tried to assume I wasn't there or not existed 🤔. It was completely different when I first came, every one so happy to see me and they were happier when they sold the exterior detailing to me. I then of course asked them again, this time they had to work on another then my car will be next. What, what happened here, I had to wait even I scheduled an appointment? It wasn't make any sense 😕. It finally took over 4 hours for my car to get done. The guys worked on my car kept apologies to me that he had to work on another car and wasn't feeling good. He said he threw up but not in my car. He also mentioned to other guys but no one informed me anything. I am seriously thinking the customer services and communication must be improved. I seriously wonder I get treated like this because I was a Groupon user 😔.
