We love the staff here! We have 3 boys, 2 of them twins. Getting them through an appointment is a breeze with this patient staff. They take the time to answer all your questions and I never feel rushed. (Tip: schedule early (when you can) to reduce your wait times.) They have different waiting areas for sick and well check-ins which is nice and they do their best to only see sick patients on one side of the offices. (Pre-Covid; with Covid, they are taking extra pre-cautions on the patients behalf to have you wait outdoors and they come out to get you for your appointment) They do their best to accommodate same day appointments and they are part of a greater network so you can at least talk to another doctor on call if you have issues arising outside of office hours or when the doctor is not available. Sometimes there may be a wait later in the day but it’s worth the wait to see a good doctor/staff. My boys LOVE the staff here which makes getting things like shots a little better. I understand that this may be just our experience but I’ve referred several other families here who have had the same experience.

Dr. Ruiz is very caring and passionate about her practice. She offers great ideas and solutions for my little boy. Its not easy to find a Pediatrician as attentive as Dr. Ruiz. Her staff is very supportive and always willing to help. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

My family and I love Dr. Ruiz. My siblings and I have been going since we were just kids and I love it so much that I even take my baby here.
