Unfortunately I had a bad experience. I bought the stag2 packet g80 m3 2023 $7400,00..in which they install the software, air filter and Heather exchange.. My car was in the shop for approximately 3 weeks.. I picked up the car in the best of expectations, but nothing changed.. electronic injection accusing the downpipe.. I measured the time in the 1/4 mile and it showed exactly the same time as Stock.. I had to take the car back to the shop, they told me that the software was not updated for the downpipe.. I said that's fine and let them update. Again, in the best of expectations, I measured the 1/4 car and it kept the same time as Stock in the 1/4. the car's display with the power, then he managed to do something using YouTube to show that the car had a power that actually wasn't real, I didn't hire the company to develop a system, I hired it for a service that supposedly already there is… tired of taking the car several times and spending money on displacement and time, I requested the withdrawal of the product and my money back.. Chris the sales manager, treating me as if he were doing me a favor by making this return, offered me the return of the software and warranty $3000,00…but what about the parts that were part of the package that were bought without the need?? In summary, they made me keep the parts that were part of the stag 2 package and they only gave me a refund for the software and warranty… absurd I was OBLIGATED to pay 4000 for an “outdated” unlocking of the central that no tuner uses and a part that was not asked by any other tuner or shop to do stag 2.. very dissatisfied with the service provided by the store… I do not recommend it and would like a response from a superior because there is no manager who treats the customer after a poorly done and incomplete service. I hope that the person in charge of the company will have access to this complaint and review my case to avoid future problems
