Only reason not five star is because I just left and will have to see how the recommendations work out. Very clean facility was in the room at my appointment time. A seemingly knowledgeable and personable/kind practitioner.

I highly recommend this place. It's easy to make an appointment online. Checking in is easy. It's a modern, small facility. Well staffed. I always have a good experience there.

This was my first visit to Carbon Health in Rancho Cucamonga. I was not feeling well and needed to see a Dr right away. I looked them up on line, scheduled an appointment, downloaded the app and checked in. It was by far the easiest program to follow. I get there check in and the staff was so nice, from the receptionist to the nurse and PA. The wait time was minimal. It was a great experience! I highly recommend this urgent care.
