Cardiff Pest Control has always been an honest, easy to work with company with integrity.
But they exceded our expectations when they squeezed us in for a house inspection in a couple of days.

Should have read the reviews 1st. I was also unable to get a return call to schedule. I called the office multiple times and spoke with friendly staff who had me send pictures to help identify the problem. But in the end, never got a call from the technician to schedule an inspection. I recommend not wasting your time and going elsewhere.

Wow. What a waste of time. I'd tell anyone who values their time to avoid Cardiff Pest Control. Their process for scheduling appointments is ridiculous. I made numerous attempts to schedule a time but never was able to because I couldn't get in touch with the technician. Unless you have time to just sit by your phone and wait for them to call back, you will have to be lucky enough to call them at a time they are in the office. Every time I called the technician was always out and never available. Every time I call I have to start this process over. I requested to bypass that process and just schedule something over the phone with the person who answered my call. They weren't able to do that. Very poor service and process on their end. Avoid this company as they will just give you the run around and take no responsibility for it.
