This ATM is located in the Super Target store on hwy 18 in the Apple Valley Commons shopping center. It is right by the self checkout which makes it very convenient if you need cash. I use cash to buy fuel for my car and sometimes forget to get cash back at the checkout and this ATM is on my way out of the store and is a quick stop without having to go to the bank.
