I understand that this is a business and everyone is always trying to rip people off. I just brought in my cards to see if I could get anything monetary for them, and the staff looked me in the eyes and said " I am not looking through all these. They are fake and you can see that from the texture and i'm not going to take my time to look through this binder." I feel like there is a much more professional way to handle business and this was not one of them.

This place is awesome. Friendly and knowledgeable. My older son got into pokemon cards and watching him play reminded me of my childhood. I came in and they took some time to teach this old man how to play again. There's no dumb questions here. I was even able to bring my little kids in. It's a great experience every time I come in.
