On 09/06/2024 My Girlfriend and I Purchased a vehicle from car hop in Everett Wa. we did the test drive and noticed that there was a few things wrong with the vehicle after the test drive and went back to the office I Spoke to one of the employees there and told her that there was a few issues with the car and wanted to see about getting them fixed before I purchased the vehicle I was told sorry we only have certain things that are covered by warranty I was like ok no problem . The next day I called a few vehicle dealerships to see what I can do about getting my car in to get it looked at and to see about getting it fixed I was told well it will be a few days as most dealerships are booked up with other repairs I was like ok . I then was able to get my car in to a Chrysler dealer and had it looked at I told them what the issues was and that I wanted to see what I can do to get it fixed. after about 2 hours of waiting I was called by the service advisor and told that the issues I was having with the airbags and the headlights was a safety issue. she referred me to go back to the dealer that I bought the car from and see what they will do about repairing the issues. I had spent $431.59 for the dealership to adjust the headlights which is still not right and broken as well as being aftermarket so they don't sit right and for them to figure out the issues with the airbags. my passenger seat airbags wiring was faulty and that it needed to be replaced and it could have set off all the air bags in the car if the wring was hit just right. WOW WTF I am driving a ticking time bomb for the airbags . Not only was this a issue the other issue was that the car was in a minor accident and that the headlights was not right of course I would not have known that cause I did the test drive when there was light and in the early evening. so the next day I called Everett and spoke to Jordan about this and again I was told sorry this is not covered under warranty. I was told that Micheal would call me back after he was done doing some Inventory stuff I said ok and still have not heard from him . I guess this is how they treat new customers and don't give a rats ass about the safety of the customers in a vehicle that they sold as long as they make the money and sell a vehicle they just don't care. so not only will I be writing this review I will be contacting the better business bureau to file a complaint . this car is a good car I just want these issues fixed and I wanna keep it . I just wish that tacoma had the inventory cause that is where I started and was very happy in dealing with Mervin and GeeGee, Chris they are great sales people
