Big fan of Carlmont Heights apartments. The location in Belmont is great (quiet, but still close to shopping, restaurants, and 101 and 280 Highways). The apartment complex is quite nice, with a pool, a clubhouse, fitness center, and several grills for anyone to use. We lived here for 2.5 years in a 1 bedroom apartment, and when we wanted to upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment, there was no question that we would stay.

Also, big shout out to the apartment manager Rick. When our internet wasn't working in the new 2 bedroom apartment, he went above and beyond to get it going, grabbing his own modem to check if where the problem was and then unscrewing the wall cable fixture to show the hidden (working) cable behind the wall. Thanks Rick!
