Decided to give this location another chance last week. They were so much better. We came in today and the manager was rude. A person in our party accidentally spilled some soda and she was very rude. I think she should have more training or be demoted for acting salty to customers who was not disrespectful to her.

I just love how generic of a response I got back from this review. I think my review was very obvious on how you can make customer service better.

We were not impressed mostly with one lady. Someone in our group went up and asked what sauces they have. She rudely said "Up there " and pointed at the menu. Just because you don't see a disability doesn't mean someone doesn't have one. And they shouldn't have to tell everyone they do. This person has dyslexia and is embarrassed to let people know. It doesn't cost anything to be nice and just answer their question. I doubt we'll be back anytime soon. Though, the gentleman who took our order was great.
