Service was very slow for being the only car in the lot and drive-thru. I was missing one of my items and had to go inside to get it. Employee didn't seem surprised to see me again.

The gentleman begging the food was extremely polite and so was the woman in drive-thru ,until it came to their interactions together. Anytime the gentleman backing the food would ask the woman and drive through a question she had a snarky rude attitude towards him like he should not be asking that question. The way I see it is there's never a stupid question only stupid ways people respond to those questions. Just being a customer in the lobby I felt uncomfortable for this poor gentleman begging the food for the drive-thru.

Very slow location, and Very stingy with the sides. After being charges almost $5 for a side, I expect it to be more than 2/3 full. Unfortunately went back again today, after waiting a long while for help at the drive through speaker, we backed out and left. Will NOT be returning, they have permanently lost our business. Carl's has gone in the toilet.
