i bought double jalapeño thick burger. after buying it i headed to my delivery when I start eating i realized it single meat Patty. next day i go back try to explain with pictures to get my refund. they totally disagree

I could not get the person's attention at the drive-thru to tell them very light sauce on my hamburger. By the time I did she had the hamburger in a bag waiting for me. When I asked if she had told them light sauce she said yes. The other girl told them and I said but that was after they made the hamburger, she goes. Oh yeah. And handed me the burger. It was so wet. It was literally unedible. I ended up throwing it away. A pure waste of money, total lack of communication with the customer.
