Every time I go it is something. At this and other locations. And it's not the people it is the organization. The app is hard to use and the rewards are not useable and not clear about how to use them. It says nothing about having to redeem online and pickup yet when I get to the window I am having to either re order everything and put in the code online to get the deal which is not available at certain locations, or pay 3.50 for a drink. Which is ridiculous for a soda.
Prices keep changing and sizes are shrinking. So tell me why am I paying 3.50 for a large drink that is now the size of a medium for 3.50. come on Carls jr. You are starting to lose business.

I've ordered a lettuce wrapped burger from this place twice now and its pitiful bith times, won't be going here again! They literally took 1 piece of lettuce and put it on top and another on the bottom. I was in southern california down in the LA area and the Carl's jr there was amazing with their lettuce wrapped hamburgers, there they actually wrapped it.

This location is very clean and they have a friendly staff. Which is not always very common these days with a fast food joint. I love the fact that they are still a Green Burrito combo store. Their beef tacos are cheap and honestly probably some of the best in town.
