Well, my winning streak of perfect food from Carl's Jr. is over.. stopped at this Carl's, ordered a famous star with cheese. It was terrible. I bought 2 , and both were overcooked, and the bun was awful .. criss cut fries were hot but the bottom of the bag.

The dining room was very clean, no overflowing trash, the restroom was clean and smelled clean, the food was delicious and hot, and the customer service is always nice and the employees nice, always friendly. Highly recommend and will return. Thank you Daphne, you always make my vist a good experience

Short wait in line before getting to the counter. Service is a little slow but ok.
Ordered the single guacamole bacon burger. It looked awesome in the advertising picture, as most advertising is.
It was far from awesome.
See picture and check out the advertising. Do you see any guacamole in my picture? If you zoom in real close and look in the top right corner you will see a very small amount. Now, it was spread over the whole thing but it was not any where near the amount shown in advertising.
It was very good just disappointed with advertising versus truth. Where is Ralph Nader?
