Dr. Carmen is a very thorough physician. She answers every question and encourages dialogue between herself and the patient. She also is very open to patient philosophies and their choices based on that. Highly recommend her.

Last year, I happened to pick whatever doctor was available for an appointment, and I do feel like I lucked out with Dr. Butts. She does an amazing job maintaining composure while I run through a bunch of questions or symptoms, I never feel any judgment from her. And feel like she is a good resource with her suggestions. I also enjoyed seeing that she is teaching doctor, and sometimes has people shadowing her.

Dr. Carmen truly cares about her patients. She listens attentively to my concerns and provides personalized treatment plans. She consistently displays a high level of professionalism and makes me feel comfortable during my visits.
