We’ve been with Carol Flores for 20+ years. She has always given us good advice and has helped us along the way with any policy changes as our family grows and our life changes. She often answers her own phone and takes time to answer any questions you might have. I would recommend Carol to anyone!

We have had our insurance with Carol Flores State Farm Agency for many, many years. Carol has helped us with both personal insurance needs - as well as insurance for a small business. Carol and her team are very knowledgeable, helpful in explaining insurance policies and terms, and very responsive (we've received an immediate response any time we've had a question about our insurance or have needed assistance). Carol and all of her team are also just really nice people and pleasant to do business with. It's a pleasure to do business with this well run insurance agency.

Drew B. at this office has been amazing to work with. I was planning on switching insurance companies to save some money. Dew was happy to process the cancellation but wanted to make sure that we were getting the same coverage and using all the discounts that were available to us. He created a document that that was easy to follow and compare and contrast the differences. Long story short, we feel like we are valued at state farm and know they are looking out for our best interests. Thank you Drew for everything you do!
