There’s two signs displaying wear booties or take off your shoes. As an agent you’d think to respect those simple rules. Carolyn Anderson not only put the booties on to keep the junk out of my house but she also walked outside, down the front porch and stairs, to her car, and walked all the way back inside my house with the same booties. Here’s the kicker- it’s been raining and debris is everywhere. Those booties picked up all of that dirt and moisture and she casually brought it back into my house without any hesitation. Thanks Carolyn, really appreciate that professionalism and courtesy to simple requests to keep germs and mud at bay in my house.

Carolyn helped us buy our 1st home and then helped us sell it 3 years later. She was professional and kind. We had a 5 hour time difference due to living out if the country at the time of the sale. She arranged a virtual closing, with a notary. It went very smoothly. I would recommend and use her services again in a heartbeat. Thanks Carolyn!
