This agent’s level of communication was despicable. She refused to get back to us in a timely manner, ignored calls, and was just terrible to work with. I would never recommend her to anyone. Worst experience I have ever had with a realtor. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

We feel that Carolyn Metzker gave 100% effort in our home buying and selling process. She was knowledgeable about the ever changing real estate market; she answered our questions promptly and clearly; updated us continuously on the progress of our transactions; was patient when we were sometimes indecisive about making decisions.
As an added benefit, Carolyn was a great resource to help us find other services in the community that we needed during our home ownership transition.
In all aspects of her work, Carolyn was very professional. We highly recommend her to anyone who considers selling or buying a home. Our experience was a lengthy one - a year and a half. All throughout that time we were not forgotten. Carolyn brought us to a positive outcome in both buying and selling our homes.

100 stars couldn’t make up for how amazing our home-buying experience was with Carolyn. We are first-time homebuyers in a less than ideal market (to say the least). Carolyn was extremely receptive to our concerns, our non-negotiables, and always made us feel like she was always on “our” time. She maintained fantastic communication, was extremely knowledgeable of the market, and could explain things to first timer’s so we didn’t feel lost or left behind. She is very straightforward and diligent in her processes. She is not afraid to ask the right questions and get things done quickly and efficiently. When she tells you she will get you the answer, she will do nothing less! She has made this process so much easier for us than we imagined it would be and we are extremely grateful for her services, constant lookout for homes that fit our criteria, amazing communication and updates as they came, and genuine shared excitement when we finally found our home.
