We had heard a lot of great things about Carpet Station Tile & Wood, so we chose them to come for an estimate on all 3 bedrooms. We walked in on a Saturday and were greeted by Eric Connaughton and from the immediate greeting to the payment after installation, Eric was the greatest! He really helped us decide which type of flooring to install that would not clash with the flooring in the hallway. This flooring project then developed into a "paint party" over a one weekend get together of friends. Eric came by to do the formal measuring and was just the greatest! Once Eric got to our home, we showed him what we were working with, he was great in helping us decide on the product that was best for our rooms in baseboards, molding around the doors and even a chair rail I added at the last minute in the "office" room. He was always pleasant and very patient with our changes and questions along the way. When Fernando and crew showed up to do the installation...WOW...they were all very friendly, professional and amazingly to me....They cleaned up everything as they worked. My house was never a 'mess' nor did I feel as if they were lagging around. They were right on the money. We had only a few hiccups along the way and Eric took care of every single one of them. Mind you, none of these hiccups were at the fault of Carpet Station Tile & Wood....discovering old flooring etc. We are so very pleased with the product, installation and all the staff!! Will definitely return when we are ready for another portion of our remodel!

We had carpet station do two bedrooms that still had older carpet 2 rooms that didn’t get the whole house carpet replacement years earlier they were great mind you these 2 rooms were done by carpet station about a year apart and was only like 250 to 400 I think each room but still treated us well the installer came out and did a great job very fast and professional now we’re 10 or 12 yard down the road I think it’s time I have Carpet Station replace all my carpeting 3 bedrooms dining room and hall I can’t wait to get this done I just know it’s going to go smooth as always. So measurements getting done Monday 11/15/2021 another Five stars coming in near future thank you for reading !
