Unfortunately, I can not leave ZERO stars. I came across Frontline on FB Market Place and had them clean my livingroom and dinning room carpet. The carpet looked no different than before it was cleaned. I spoke with the owner and asked if he would reimburse some of my payment and he responded "carpet is clean" and ignored my messages.

Be careful. They are shady as hell. They quoted me at $40 for 2 hours with 2 people. I asked Carolina if this included blinds and fans and she said yes. I have a very small one bedroom apartment so this was fine. The night before, Jenny, the one who came to clean called me and I asked her again about the blinds and the fans and she said yes. I asked her whether they took cash or cards and she didn't want to discuss that she said we could discuss that in the morning. I wanted to know because I wanted to have cash on hand if necessary. They arrived a few minutes late which made me a few minutes late to work, and they ended early which means I didn't get my 2 hours. Then she proceeded to tell me that it was gonna be an extra $50 to clean the blinds and the fans. Mind you my windows that have blinds are extremely small with large slats, and this was not what I was told. I begrudgingly agreed to pay them a $130 to clean my extremely small one bedroom apartment. Total rip off. Where do I start? They knock down my curtain and didn't hang it backup just left it sitting on a box, they broke an ornament that was hanging on my curtain left the broken pieces on top of the fridge, they used up all my paper towels, they left my door unlocked, I had a bottle of Tilex sitting on the counter and that came up missing, and there were a ton of flies in my apartment which tells me that the door was left open for a long period of time. They called me when they were done (a few mins early) so I could send them a PayPal and they didn't mention any of this. She send me a text to see how I liked the work and I responded saying that there were some concerns and she said she would make it up to me next time. After a week I decided that I should speak up. I sent a text to let them know I was unhappy and was ignored. Then I messaged Martin and he said Carolina was to busy to respond. He asked how he could help, I ran it down to him and never heard another peep. Totally let down. Will be cleaning my own place from here on out.

Please don’t use this service. Like... DO NOT. Found them on Facebook. Made an appt with Martin, another guy showed up with a different rate and refused to clean the carpet so he left. A few hours later another guy showed up, allegedly cleaned my carpet and left. When the carpet dried, it still looked the same...as if it had never been cleaned. I reached out to Martin on Facebook to let him know that the carpet wasn’t thoroughly cleaned and he blocked me. Very unprofessional.
Not worth the hassle and and it sure isn’t worth the money. Spend a few extra bucks and get it done right.
