If you have time to go somewhere else, go! not only do these guys know nothing, they have no pride for their work and they are very lazy. I just bought a gallon of oil, a gallon of antifreeze, 5 qts of fluid and brake cleaner. The guy hands me my receipt and says next. I say may I have a bag please and he grabs me a bag and hands it to me to bag it myself. I needed 3 total bags and he never stepped in to help. I said I guess I need an application to work here and he laughed it off instead of helping. this doesn't include them mispricing their own stuff and not honoring the price. In fact when the parts rang up wrong he didn't even want to come with me to look at the price he just said no its wrong. if car quest owners came into this store they would be deeply ashamed and fire everyone.

One of the few "old school auto parts store" left. Staff is great, knowledgeable, always willing to help a customer figure out their issue. Also great Stihl repair shop. If you have anything made by Stihl this is the best place to get it serviced in the east king co. Area.

As I am somewhat knowledgeable about mechanical stuff, I'm sent here by my guy on occasion to hunt things down. The guys here are super helpful, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to ensure they understand the current project before recommending or pointing me toward a product.
