Awful place, outrageous prices and terrible customer service. We've been waiting 3 weeks now for our parts and when we caught an early ferry, in order to get the parts in time because they told us it would be done, now we're told we have to wait until Monday. They have several different guys working in there and when you call them they all give you several different answers and don't communicate with 1 another. It takes maybe 30 minutes to press parts together and yet we were charged $180 for 2 hours of labor. If I could leave no stars I would because they take advantage of their customers. Avoid this place at all costs!

I noticed that they had great reviews so I chose to go there and had I realized those reviews were from years ago, I would've second guessed my decision. By far the worst automotive place I've been to. They quoted me a certain amount, which I paid in advance for, and I was even told they owed me money but when the day finally came, (after weeks of waiting), they decided to add parts to my order. The young man at the front was going to reimburse me because he said it was their fault for not contacting us but 2 minutes later, another guy called and told him not to because they just forgot to inform us that they added a part to our total and we were then responsible for paying it. I spent nearly $450 and you should see the condition of the items given to me. I will never go back and I strongly suggest you don't either. They really lack in customer service and overcharge in every possible way.
