For the last 9 months we've had the clients/customers of CARR had to adjust to construction & change of business hours, as they adjusted to the new guidelines of COVID. We kept our business with them however in the last two months our business struggled to pay for the mail delivery services they provided, due largely in part to the fact that we operate in the Travel/Leisure industry. However, upon discovering that we were said to receive a payroll package (plus additional funds to help pay off the delinquent debt we had with CARR), we contacted them to make arrangements. With the package in hand, they decided to return our payroll to sender (2 days before Christmas *2020), and NOT ALLOW us to renew our services. I believe it was not only unprofessional, but also vindictive...as they knew we were finally able to afford to pay our services, and they knew the contents of the package included money that was accounted to pay for 12 families....who's Christmas' now have been ruined because the value, quality, and professionalism that CARR provides, is at the discretion of whether or NOT they like you.

I had a wonderful experience at the Carr Workspaces in Laguna Niguel. The front desk staff were amazing and the workspace is perfect. I highly recommend using this office space if you need to spend the day at an office location. Wifi is great and the cell service is good.
