My car got into a bad wreck after lending it to someone who was irresponsible and careless, it was an extremely stressful situation. Carstar really helped alleviate a lot of that stress. They were great, especially Chris. They communicated every step of the way, by giving me different options and keeping me in the loop, there was full transparency about my car’s repairs and Chris went above and beyond with making sure my car came back to me in the best condition. My daughter got into a fender bender (no one hurt), but her car's front end was damaged quite a bit (2013 model). Called Carstar Auto World and they sent a flatbed tow truck to pick up our car (as the hood would not latch down properly and thus would have rattled at higher speeds) and worked with the estimator, Chris. He helped me through the process of getting the estimate and dealing with the insurance portion. Once I got the estimate back for the repair, it took less than a week and a half to get our car. It looked brand spanking new! Chris explained to me the work done and the insurance experience was painless (other than the fact that our premium will likely be going up!). Thanks to the team at Carstar Auto World for their fast and accurate repair and delivering on the timetable promised!
