I had an appointment schedule for 3 pm in the afternoon. Not only did nobody show up, they did not even feel the need to call and tell me. Wasted my whole Saturday waiting for them to come out and absolutely nothing. When I called to ask they said he wasn't coming because there was too much traffic. Extremely unprofessional!!!
