Super helpful and friendly staff. They're always going out of there way to help you with anything. Including special orders if they're out of or don't sell a certain product. They know their feed. And what is best for whatever animal you come to get product for. They care about your animals as much as their own.

They take special effort to make sure my specific dog & cat food is shipped & made available for my monthly purchases! I also can get my goat feed & straw there even with shortages everywhere else at decent prices. Customer Service is above & beyond. If there is something they do not have on the shelf or enough of, they will have it shipped in for you quickly!
