I often have to spend months in different locations for work . I like to keep fit as well. I have tried many bootcamps. This was the friendliest and most importantly most effective I have attended. I enjoyed going and loved the results

I bought the groupon voucher and went to their location . I met with the owner and he refused to take the groupon . The worst part is someone from his staff called me a day before and confirmed me to come at 5 pm for the first class . The owner was rude and said they are not taking groupons for the month of Jan . If thats the case then he shoukd have removed his listing from groupon . Very disappointed and will never go back .

The owner is very unprofessional when it comes to women. He is in an all.womens fb group sending unwanted dms to women. When this was brought up in the group because women were posting pics in their undergarments to show their progress he blocked every single one and victim blamed every woman. The reviews on fb have disappeared as well and instead of dealing with the issue he laughed and bullied these women! Someone in this line of work should have more compassion mire so when advertising towards plus size women. Several women had to delete photos and wondered and askes if he took them without consent he blocked anyone who asked. My advice if you are a women and you are looking to better yourself and your health do not choose this place.
