If you’re looking for a new car, do yourself a favor and ask for Mary! She was the BEST salesperson I’ve ever worked with! Buying a car can be stressful, and I never felt pressured or rushed. She was informative, engaging, and did such a wonderful job helping us find the perfect car. We LOVE our new Forester! Thank you Mary!

Richard and all the staff were amazing. I’ve never purchased a car before and I went by myself not knowing what to expect but pretty much preparing for the worst. Richard was so kind and taught me all about the car on the test drive going over all the features. He walked me through all the buttons (i never knew what half of them meant in my family’s cars) and even helped me back the car into the parking spot when we got back (i’m not a back into the spot parker, ever). He was incredibly helpful. I checked out another dealership and was back to Richard within an hour. He didn’t pressure a sale. Got me a great price. And helped me make sure my bank, insurance, etc was all set up. Everyone talks about how stressful car buying is, especially as a woman, but not with Richard. Truly couldn’t recommend his service enough. I always felt respected and cared for which I definitely didn’t feel at other dealerships. If you’re looking for a car, go ask for Richard. Go to Carter. They’ll be your last stop in your car buying adventure

I just bought a gorgeous, new Subaru Crosstrek from Carter Subaru Shoreline. The transaction was eminently fair, pleasant, and easy! My salesman, John Sylvester, really went out of his way to keep the company’s “customer first” promise by assuring that I was able to buy my right car at my right price. I highly recommend John and Carter Subaru!
