I am always happy with my service at Carter Subaru. My 9+ year old Subaru gets the care it needs, and the process is really easy and stress-free. The waiting room is always nice and quiet. The person I check in with always comes to give me updates on its progress and let me know if they find any problems that need addressing.

We use Carter Subaru for maintenance on our Ascent. They have always been so helpful and accommodating. We have had loaner cars when the service would be more than an afternoon, that is so helpful and not something we have gotten at other dealerships.

Super nice dealership. I thought I would need to pay a cancellation fee because I didn’t need the appointment anymore. I called in and let them know and got it all sorted out. Thank you!
