I traveled from Lacey to Olympia to buy a dress that the Carter’s website said the Tacoma store had. When I asked the manager about it, she rudely said they didn’t have it and that she can’t control what’s on the Internet. When I expressed my frustration because I traveled there (25 miles), she couldn’t be bothered and just stared at me. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen or encountered poor customer service at this location. The website or the Olympia store will get my business.

The staff are ALWAYS amazing. So kind and helpful. My daughter has primarily been clothed out of carters.

Great selection. Great deals. My favorite store for baby clothes.

Great place, good sales, most of the staff was nice. Been here 2 separate occasions. First time great customer service. Second time I was here to run in and look for socks. Showed up 5 min before opening and the employees saw me and just left me outside. It was snowing and freezing and I was out there with my baby and they just left me there 🤷
