It is IMPERATIVE that the buyer research the exact replacement cartridges needed - especially HP. Also, study carefully the return and exchange policies BEFORE ordering. I did not, and when I tried to return the cartridges which I ordered by mistake for a credit, it took hours to make phone calls, get the proper return instructions, pack up, label properly and mail back the cartridges which I ordered by mistake - a 10 day process. Cartridge America does not cover return shipping.
Rather than risk another mistaken order, I just paid Costco a higher price for replacement cartridges and then take empty cartridges to Costco photo center to refill them when needed. Bottom line, if you know EXACTLY what cartridges are needed, then you can save some bucks with Cartridge America. Their difficult return process is discouraging, but doable if followed carefully.
