The owners of Cartridge World went above and beyond to assist me. I own an ancient laser printer from 1996 that still uses AppleTalk—a model so old that finding compatible cartridges is a monumental challenge. This printer has outlasted every printer I've bought in the last 25 years so keeping it is important. Despite this, Mike, the owner, managed to track down a cartridge for me. When the first one had issues after a few weeks, Mike didn't hesitate to find another and rigorously test it with my printer. Remarkably, despite the additional time and effort involved, I wasn't charged anything beyond my original purchase. I highly recommend Cartridge World for any specialized printing needs— their dedication and support are exceptional.
