Displeased with Caruso’s to say the least. We began by placing an order for two styles of vinyl flooring with an employee named Kirsten, who ordered the incorrect quantities leaving us with not enough of one style and too much of the other. We trusted them on the quantities and left the store, planning our install for months in advance. They would not let us return the incorrect overage of flooring, leaving us with hundreds of unusable product. We were subsequently forced to order more of the style that was shorted, and pay out of pocket. From that order we ended up having one case too many, which they also refused to return. Even more money down the drain for seemingly no good reason. Staff was unhelpful and extremely rude. And good luck calling for any questions or information regarding your order, they will always tell you that someone is out of office and they will get back to you. Sometimes they will, and sometimes they wont. Overall the business seems very disorganized and poorly managed. We will definitely be steering clear of Caruso’s for any future renovation projects, and would advise anyone that they do the same. Instead I would seek out a company that is willing to put customers above their wallets during a pandemic, and right their wrongs. You could end up hundreds of dollars out if not.
I saw an area rug in their window and really liked it. I went back later with my wife and she fell in love with it.
It was far less expensive than I expected, especially for the quality. They gave me a sale price a little early, and held it overnight.
This company has been here a long time, and my experience explains why. Fair prices, high quality products, and very friendly staff. We'll be back!!
