We looked at a lot of houses, bid on 5 or 6, and Cary was there, every step of the way until we got a great house.
Cary will be honest with you if he sees problems in the house or financing, he will push and prod you a little when you are unsure. Cary’s thoroughness and attention to detail in the pricing, neighborhood trends, and simply looking at the water heater, furnace, or roof, gave us great confidence making bids, and when we didn’t succeed, he kept our spirits up and he knew he’d eventually lead us to our dream house.
He is also really good at reading the bidding situation. Without his insight and trusting his process, we’d still be looking for a home. We were bidding on a home and Cary was positive a pre-inspection was going to be key to getting the house. He arranged for an inspection at 8 at night on a SATURDAY!!! Got it done and our bid was sent later that evening. Our bid was competitive, but it wasn’t the highest. However, because we had the pre-inspection done, our bid was chosen, and we are about to close on a house so perfect for my family and me, I simply cannot believe it.
We are buying a home we never thought we’d be buying because of Cary Farrah and we could not be more grateful. Cary is not just our Realtor, Cary is our friend.
