Back in the Saddle thanks to Carola :)
I have arthritis and degenerative disk disease in my pelvis and low back and have flare ups that just about disable me from time to time, especially in the winter. This winter I had a terrible flare up and could barely walk, let alone ride my horse. But thanks to the acupuncture treatments that I received from Cascade Acupuncture and their Chinese Herbs, that are blended just for my condition, I'm pretty much pain free. The herbs took a few days to "kick" in but when they did it was like having a fever break. The spasms stopped, the inflammation settled down and then the pain eased up. Now with my regular acupuncture treatments and daily herbs I am "back in the saddle" and riding my horse 6 days a week again!! Thank you Carola and everyone at Cascade Acupuncture!
