We shopped around quite a bit and actually went with Cascade despite their prices being higher. Few reasons: 1) we got steel instead of aluminum which should hold up better against dings from any branches knocked loose from the Douglas firs in our backyard. 2) the maker of the gutter covers independently recommended Cascade. 3) with the covers, they guarantee that if there are clogs, they will come out and get things running smoothly. I never have to climb a ladder and scoop out decaying soup of needles, pine cones and leaves again!
The guys just did a great job. I got on the roof yesterday to sweep off the pine needles, and was able to appreciate all the little details. One spot that always formed a puddle outside our garage door is now dry when it rains.
Very pleased.
