The time before when we purchased some benches our experience was pleasant. This time around? No. Sales person hounded us, kept trying to shove items that didn’t fit our needs and never disclosed that if a piece of furniture doesn’t work or fit there are no refunds only in store credit and a 25% restocking fee a. Our purchase wasn’t even 24 hours old. The sales person was rude with no customer service skills. He kept telling me it’s store policy but we were never told anything about a store policy nor saw any signs alluding to the stores policies. We will never recommend this company or shop here again.

Cascade Home Decor is a nice furniture store. We had a had a great experience and were very impressed with the quality of furniture they carried. We have a modern farmhouse style decor home and this goes great with our decoration style. The table and chairs feel solid, and heavy and made of good quality. The delivery was excellent the gentlemen came in and out, assembled our furniture quickly and were great to work with. This was our first experience with Cascade Home Decor and it was wonderful! Thank you!

Great furniture and art collection. Super experienced and knowledgeable consultants. Excellent customer service service!! Please check their collections, worth to stop by. I selected to purchase the bed frame and the matress from this store even if Costco is near by - the choices and service is the most important for buyers!
