Full story: We were in need of ceiling drywall repair due to a roof leak. The repair area was approximately 29’ high at my front door entryway. Since we were having the ceiling repaired, we decided to repair two smaller areas that were eye soars due to house settling. We researched several companies in the area and found Nick to be the most responsive to our needs. After scheduling an initial inspection and quote, we re-contacted Nick to solidify the job, the date, the price and payment. After scheduling the date for work to begin, we had to reschedule due to an issue on our end – it was easy and hassle free to reschedule with Nick to meet our timeline. On day one of the project, Nick arrived promptly and asked where we would like him to park (giving us the freedom to come and go as needed w/o being trapped by his equipment); he explained the process once more and began to work. During the process, he explained issues and provided solutions and continued with the project. Once the job was completed, he went over everything again and said to contact him if we had any issues. For Nick’s responsiveness, his ability to explain the process, keeping us updated during the project and the quality of his work – we would hire Nick and Cascade Home Solutions if we required any drywall services.
