Definitely would not recommend this place for anyone trying to sell something for what it's worth. They have a great selection of knives, guns, et cetra, but when it comes to pawning, they are incompetent, with little to no knowledge of what they are talking about. I went in with a genuine USA knife that I bought online for $30 and the old dude behind the counter tells me he can't help me. I could have told him that much myself, he looked old enough to not be able to help his wife in the bedroom without a little blue pill anymore, let alone a customer. Afterwards I went to a Pawn Express in Kent (a much better shop in all ways, such as what they have for sale & customer service; they had more than one staff member who were all competent at their jobs & friendly, a huge improvement compared to this incompetent shop) and they offered me $20 for the same knife after checking online to make sure it was genuine. Which this place did NOT do. Old guy simply took one look at it and said he couldn't help me because he believed it to be an overseas knife. So take my word for it and DO NOT COME HERE if you are looking to pawn anything. They will not be able to help you & will turn you away without even checking the autheticity of what you are trying to pawn. The old dude behind the counter seems about 20 years too old for his job, possibly going on senile, he is not friendly or understanding no matter how hard you try. And unfortunately they do not have any other/better staff. You are better off making the 15-20 minute drive to the Pawn Express in Kent so you can get your money's worth and deal with great people :)
